Cloudflare Email Routing

High Level (GHL) only allows one inbound LeadConnector (LC) email domain per subaccount. But we can use Cloudflare to route emails for free!

Multiple email domains can be connected to High Level in Settings > Email Services to use for sending out emails.

However, only the primary email domain (the one with the checkmark) will accept inbound emails and show them in the Conversations view. Emails sent to the other (non primary) domains will get blackhole'd. They won't get rejected and they won't appear in Conversations view or Workflows. They just disappear.

To fix this, we recommend using Cloudflare's free email routing feature to forward inbound emails for your secondary domains.

You can route the emails to the primary domain if you want them to appear in Conversations or Workflows in High Level. You can also also route them to any other email inbox like Gmail, Outlook, etc.
